On Thursday, February 5th, Naval Lodge will be conducting a regular communication meeting, which will open promptly at 7:30 p.m.
The program for this meeting is The Middle Chamber of Bourbon: an evening of bourbon and fellowship as we ascend to a higher appreciation of the bourbon craft. We’ll delve deeper into what makes bourbon so interesting and discuss its specific terminology and how to identify and obtain bottles of bourbon that vary from standard production (including store picks, full proof bottling, and allocated bourbons). The program will also include a tasting that is a step beyond what you typically come across in your travels. We'll enjoy comparing regular production to a single barrel, a 10 year old, a small batch, and a double oaked expression.
The program will open to all Masons and guests. You are invited to join us for dinner from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Please RSVP by Tuesday, February 3rd, so that we can plan accordingly for dinner.
